Free Estimates
All estimates provided by Sprightly Restoration and Construction LLC are free of charge. Estimates are based on an in-person site visit and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may be adjusted if the project scope changes after the initial assessment.
Project Scope and Changes
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be communicated and approved in writing by both parties before work begins or continues. Additional work outside the original estimate will be quoted separately.
Product Delivery — Impact Windows and Doors
Product delivery timelines for impact windows and doors are approximately 4 to 8 weeks depending on the selected brand and product availability. Sprightly Restoration and Construction LLC is not responsible for manufacturer delays.
Installation Warranty
Sprightly Restoration and Construction LLC provides a 10-year warranty on impact window and door installations, covering leaks and technical issues directly related to the installation process. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or natural disasters. Product warranties are provided separately by each manufacturer.
Licensing and Insurance
Sprightly Restoration and Construction LLC operates under Florida General Contractor License CGC022735, EPA Certification NAT-F332371-1, and Lead Safe Renovator certification. The company carries Workers' Compensation Insurance and General Liability Insurance on all active projects.
Limitation of Liability
Sprightly Restoration and Construction LLC is not liable for pre-existing structural conditions, damage caused by events outside our control, or issues arising from client-supplied materials.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Palm Beach County, Florida.
